I am the Managing Director of the BAS Agency which was originally founded in 2009 in response to the ATO's requirement for all Bookkeepers to become registered BAS Agents. Prior to that I have worked in the Financial Services Industry for more than 30  years. In addition to assisting many small to medium size business with their Bookkeeping, Cash Flow Analysis and Financial Reporting requirements, I am a registered trainer and conduct group training in Financial Management.  I have a great team who are supportive of our clients as well as each other. It is my aim to take the stress away from business owners and help them to enjoy their business as much as I enjoy working with the BAS Agency.

    I have been working for The BAS Agency in some capacity since 2011, initially providing bookkeeping support and then moving to the position of Business Manager. I enjoy the variety of my role which exposes me to both working directly with our current clients, meeting with potential clients and assisting the other members of our team. As no business is exactly the same, every day is different and contains new challenges and new successes. I particularly like assisting clients with managing their business cash flow and looking at ways they can improve their bottom line. I have over 15 years’ experience working in finance, spanning from the mining industry to small business. I am proficient in a number of accounting packages including MYOB, Xero and Reckon (Quickbooks) and also have some knowledge in SAP, Payforce National and Ostendo.

    I joined the BAS agency in September 2016. I have taken over bookkeeping for a number of clients to help out with our increasing work load. I come on-board with extensive managerial experience and am currently completing my Bachelor of Arts (Political Science & Indonesian). I am a Certified Xero Advisor and have a large attention to detail in all the work I complete. I love interacting with clients and fostering relationships.

    I began working for The BAS Agency since early 2014. I have been working to maximise the efficiency the BAS team achieves through providing office support and managing our website, monthly newsletter and social media. I have previously worked in sales for Perth Glory, Optus Stadium and Telstra and am currently studying at UWA toward my degree in Finance and Computer Science. The BAS Agency has provided me with an opportunity to learn and gain experience in business management.

    Adriano Cravo is our newest member of the BAS agency having joined us as a client bookkeeper. Adriano is an exemplary professional and has great experience in the financial services industry. Adriano has managed business operations at the Australian Student Centre for Education for the past 10 years. Adriano worked as customer acquisition for HSBC Bank Brazil and brings a very valuable wealth of experience and an incredible work ethic.

  • I have been working with the BAS Agency since 2011. I initially started as a trainee bookkeeper and developed my skills as a result of the experience I gained during my time with the business. I completed my Masters of Science (Financial & Actuarial Science) at Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia. I am a registered BAS Agent and a Certified XERO Advisor. When I'm not bookkeeping, I am also in charge of running our website and looking after the IT side of the business.
