Our Story
The BAS Agency is a Perth-based business that has been providing quality bookkeeping and financial training to the whole of Australia since July 2008. By utilising a combination of personal visits, and various cloud-based services we can complete your accounts at our place or yours. The BAS Agency was created in July of 2008 and has been open for over 13 years. Our BAS Agents are all Certified Xero Advisers and we are professional partners with XERO, MYOB & Quickbooks. When you choose the BAS Agency you also get the luxury of being able to lodge through the BAS Agent extended deadline with the ATO.

At the BAS Agency, we utilize the latest communication and reporting tools to ensure that we complete your accounts while still retaining that personal touch. It is essential to us that we maintain an ongoing business relationship with all of our clients that help you best manage your finances on a daily basis. Our current bookkeeping service pricing includes both fixed price and hourly rate options.

What
We
Offer
BAS Express
BAS preparation and lodgement service for quarterly clients (includes up to 3 hours of bookkeeping). Fixed-price package for small businesses starting from $400 (plus GST) per quarter. This package is ideal for smaller businesses that lodge their BAS quarterly and do not need the full scope of services can provide on a regular basis.
Reporting
We offer a wide variety of reporting options that represent your business position accurately and allow you to make effective business decisions. We ensure all out client reconciliations are processed regularly to allow our clients to be able to produce cash flows & forecasting on demand for any financial reporting requirements that may help your business for loan applications or other various strategic planning activities.
GST Lodgment
We are a registered BAS Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board and can look after your lodgment obligations with the ATO on your behalf. For quarterly BAS lodgments we receive a one month extension to complete these for three of the quarterly lodgments. Payroll
Need more time to focus on your business? The BAS Agency can assist you with your obligations to your employees also. Our team is highly experienced and efficient in payroll processing and can handle your super obligations, PAYG lodgments, payroll tax and annual reconciliations of your payroll account.
Budgeting
We can assist your business in producing annual budgets that address financial planning requirements for your business activities. The BAS Agency also offers a free business health check for new clients to understand their current business position to help with planning and financial services that could benefit your business to achieve longevity and growth.

In addition, as a Registered BAS Agent, we can offer extended lodgement deadlines to all of our clients lodging through our BAS Portal.
